I don't love this picture. I was busy baby sitting today and Ellie has been super cranky. I realized as the sun was setting that I hadn't taken a picture yet and all my light was gone, so I figured I'd snap the sun set. Better luck tomorrow I guess.

Why a picture a day?
Project 365 is a way for me to express creativity, improve my photography skills, and at the same time keep a day to day journal of the small and simple things that I feel are important and interesting. I hope you enjoy!

i can see why you don't love this photo...the fence is a little dark. but i LOVE how the orange goes accross the sky...i think it looks so neat!
ok so i installed GIMP and tried to play around with it, but didn't get anywhere. i have no idea how to use it. how did you figure out what/how to do things? do i just need to keep playing around with it?
and for the mascara...you sounds exactly like me. i have to do the same thing. not all the time, but most of the time. i guess i just need to start going a little slower so it has time to dry a little.
anyway, hope ellie does better for you tomorrow. oh sorry, one more thing. do you baby sit everyday or is this just a one time thing?
