My mother in law, sister in law and I got together while the boys were at the priesthood session and bottled butter. Did you know that you could bottle butter? You can! And supposedly it stays good {on a shelf even} for 10 years. Pretty cool, huh?

that's nice that it stays good for 10 years...makes it all worth while. i hate when stuff is only good for a year, cuz then by then time you make enough to make it worth your time, then you have too much that won't get used in time. that's awesome. way to be domestic
Please send me the recipe and how to do it. I'm a free woman on Tuesday and beyond (quit my job!) and I'm going to learn to can.
